From September 2022 PAS Limited will be delivering training for the Ukrainian community who have been affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and have taken up residency in Ireland. These courses are translated into Ukrainian by a professional translator to help ease the transition. Classes will also be assisted by an interpreter and delivered online.

Ukrainians citizens can work legally in Ireland once they have received their letter confirming they have been granted Temporary Protection under the EU Directive. They are then also entitled to the full range of statutory employment rights and protections in the same manner as Irish workers.

Ukrainians with Temporary Protection are entitled to seek employment or self-employment and vocational training education activities in Ireland. They can set up a business in Ireland (Sole Trader) subject to their visa status.

This 6-week course aims to provide Ukrainian participants with the skills to assess the viability of their business ideas and develop an understanding of the steps involved in becoming self-employed and starting up their own business in Ireland.

Each participant should walk away with a reasonable idea if their business idea is feasible or not. If their idea is feasible, they leave equipped with an action plan to develop their business idea and a business plan to guide them through the start-up phase. This course covers a wide range of topics and important information relevant to new start-ups. Participants will be more equipped with tools and information on starting up a business.

An easy-to-understand manual is provided to each participant which includes practical information and guidance, comprehensive notes, together with templates and links for future reference.

З вересня 2022 року PAS Limited проводитиме навчання для української громади, яка постраждала від триваючого конфлікту в Україні та переїхала на проживання в Ірландію. Ці курси перекладені українською мовою професійним перекладачем, щоб полегшити перехід. Заняття також проводитимуться за допомогою перекладача та онлайн.

Громадяни України можуть легально працювати в Ірландії, коли вони отримають лист, що підтверджує, що їм надано тимчасовий захист згідно з Директивою ЄС. Тоді вони також мають право на повний спектр законодавчих трудових прав і захисту так само, як і ірландські працівники.

Українці з тимчасовим захистом мають право шукати роботу чи самозайнятість, а також освітню діяльність з професійної підготовки в Ірландії. Вони можуть відкрити бізнес в Ірландії (індивідуальний підприємець) відповідно до свого візового статусу.

Цей 6-тижневий курс має на меті надати українським учасникам навички оцінки життєздатності їхніх бізнес-ідей та розвинути розуміння кроків, пов’язаних із самозайнятістю та відкриттям власного бізнесу в Ірландії.

Кожен учасник повинен піти з розумною ідеєю, чи є його бізнес-ідея здійсненною чи ні. Якщо їхня ідея здійсненна, вони йдуть із планом дій для розвитку своєї бізнес-ідеї та бізнес-планом, який допоможе їм на початковому етапі. Цей курс охоплює широкий спектр тем і важливу інформацію, що стосується нових стартапів. Учасники отримають більше інструментів та інформації щодо відкриття бізнесу.

Кожному учаснику надається легкий для розуміння посібник, який містить практичну інформацію та вказівки, вичерпні примітки разом із шаблонами та посиланнями для подальшого використання.
